Our Story
The tiltrotator is a relatively new innovation—the first models entered the market around 15–20 years ago. We became interested in them through our own excavators, and it quickly became clear how beneficial rotators would be in daily work. Since purchasing ready-made units for all machines was not economically feasible, the idea of designing and manufacturing our own model was born.
Our first rotators were completed in 2012. They proved to be functional and durable, which led us to start manufacturing them for fellow excavator contractors and friends as well.
In the early stages, the design process progressed slowly, which led us to learn CAD design so that we could develop new solutions more efficiently. Over the years, our machinery was expanded, making it possible to manufacture components entirely in-house from start to finish.
Today, almost all parts are produced on our own CNC machines. This enables extremely precise tolerances and consistent quality in every product. The end result is rotators that withstand heavy use, operate reliably, and meet the expectations of even the most demanding professionals.

Jordas VRX357 S40-S40

Jordas VRX357 S40-S40
This model has the same features as the VRX357, but with an S40 upper hitch, allowing the rotator to be easily removed when needed.

Jordas VRX357– 5 ton
The upper hitch is standard as a direct-to-boom mount and is machined to precise dimensions. This allows us to ensure that the mounting remains tight and free of play in the future as well. The lower hitch is standard S40, but we also manufacture it to other standards.
We have kept the overall build height and weight as low as possible, ensuring that we do not fall behind competitors in these aspects.

Jordas control system
Jordas Propo-Pro (PRO+)
CAN bus control system. We have focused on making installation as simple as possible. It can also be retrofitted to existing machines. Delivered as a complete package including wiring and joysticks. We recommend P1 or P2 joysticks.
Jordas Prop-Mid M2 (PRO)
This display system is designed in Finland. It is a slightly more heavy-duty version compared to the PRO+. In the PRO model, the display itself is located inside the excavator cabin, and the wiring runs directly to the valves. This ensures top-level reliability. Even if damage occurs, the system can be easily repaired without special expertise.
